OnePlus is gearing up for the imminent launch of its latest earbuds, the Nord Buds 3. These earbuds are expected to succeed the highly popular OnePlus Nord Buds 2, capturing the attention of the Indian market in the process.
Despite the company keeping a tight lid on official details, recent leaks online have spilled the beans on the true wireless earphones. According to the leaked information, CAD renders of the earbuds have surfaced, indicating the possibility of a design update from the previous model. The earbuds seem poised to bring new features, building on the success of the OnePlus Nord Buds 2.
The certification site Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has listed the model number E512A, hinting at an impending launch in India. The certification further strengthens the anticipation surrounding the OnePlus Nord Buds 3, especially considering its predecessor’s success and the recent certification on the BIS website.

The leaked renders showcase the earbuds in a sleek black color, housed in an oval-shaped charging case with the charging port located on the bottom. The design appears to deviate slightly from the boxy case of the OnePlus Nord Buds 2.
The leaked CAD renders also highlight the attention to detail in the earbuds’ design, featuring a smooth finish on both the ear tips and the remaining body. The earbuds are expected to come with a half-in-ear design, complemented by silicone earplugs, providing comfort for prolonged use.
In terms of functionality, the OnePlus Nord Buds 3 is rumored to offer touch controls for adjusting volume, answering calls, activating voice assistants, and controlling music playback. Other notable features include Bluetooth 5.3, AAC codec support, Dolby Atmos compatibility for immersive audio experiences, and the inclusion of OnePlus Fast Pair technology.

Additionally, the earbuds are said to feature Dirac Tuner for audio optimization, making them a promising option for music enthusiasts.
